How much does a massage cost?
My rates are:
60 minutes — $90
90 minutes — $120
120 minutes — $160
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Life happens! Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the session cost in order to rebook.
Where are you located?
I practice at Edgemont Healing Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana, a welcoming wellness space that also offers yoga. Many clients enjoy scheduling their massage before or after a yoga class for a complete mind-body reset.
What techniques do you use?
I tailor each session to your needs. Some of the techniques I may use include:
Deep tissue massage
Myofascial release
Cupping therapy
Hot stone massage
Relaxation massage
Nervous system reset techniques
I also use essential oil–infused shea butter for superior hydration and a soothing touch.
What should I wear?
Most clients undress to their comfort level, and you’ll be fully covered with sheets except for the area being worked on. If you prefer to keep some clothing on, that’s completely fine — I can adjust techniques accordingly.
Should I eat before my massage?
It’s best to avoid heavy meals right before your appointment. A light snack is fine.
Will massage hurt?
Some techniques like deep tissue can create mild discomfort while addressing tight muscles, but it should never feel painful. I’ll always check in with you about pressure. Communication is key — let me know what feels right.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your needs. For general stress relief, once or twice a month works well. For chronic pain, injury recovery, or high activity levels, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more effective. We can create a plan together based on your goals.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are never expected but always appreciated if you feel you’ve received great service.
Can I combine yoga and massage?
Yes! Many clients at Edgemont Healing Center find that pairing yoga and massage enhances flexibility, relaxation, and healing. You can schedule your massage before or after class to maximize results.
